Thursday 16 November saw the inauguration of the new Printemps Pop-Up Store. The concept of this store is a first! Until 31 January 2024, you’ll be able to sample a range of : Cocktails (with or without alcohol) and pastries. For the L’Alchimiste x Printemps pop-up store, Bryan Esposito is revisiting 5 great French pastry classics (tartelette, Mont-Blanc, baba, éclair and mille-feuille). At the same time, Matthias Giroud has created a cocktail recipe, with or without alcohol, for each dessert, creating the perfect pairing with the aim of creating a synergy of tastes.
For his alcohol-free creations, Matthias Giroud has chosen our alcohol-free alternatives from the Pierre Zéro range and its premium extension, Signature. You can rediscover our alcohol-free products in the following creations: Alcohol-free JAPAN CLOUD with “Japanese Cherry Blossom Baba” and BULLES DE SAISON with “Coffee cream éclair, Alpro almond milk and crunchy praline”.
